What began as a backyard hobby in St. Paul, MN, has grown into something truly special. We started by experimenting with growing and sourcing peppers, learning the art of fermentation, and sharing our creations with family, friends, and coworkers, who were always willing to be our taste testers.
Today, we're proud to cultivate over 40 varieties of peppers, with a focus on super hots, and we continue to prioritize sustainability in sourcing the rest of our ingredients. Each batch is crafted with care, made in small quantities to ensure quality and flavor.
As a Cottage License Company, we’re able to hand-deliver our products to you or offer them at local markets, where you can taste the passion and dedication that goes into every jar. Limited availability means every batch is a special treat—made just for you.
